Althea Petal Velvet Powder Review

If there is one makeup product that I cannot live without, one of them would be loose/setting powders. Not only does it make your makeup last longer, some new formulas nowadays has a blurring effect to minimize skin imperfections. One of my favorite brand of translucent loose powder is Laura Mercier but a tub is priced at almost 2k pesos.  Is this a good dupe for LM? Read on to know my thoughts.

Althea sent me this product a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to be the first to try it. This is the first product under their brand name. The cute box is reminiscent to Althea's iconic pink box.
Althea Petal Velvet Powder is a translucent loose powder that claims to set makeup  and leaves behind a silky finish. It is infused with oil from Althea seeds, this powder works to keep sebum production without drying out the skin for a radiant, fresh look.
