CONS:
* unhygienic; how I wish the packaging is squeeze tube.
TIPS FROM E.L.F:
*Apply a thin coat to the eyelid and blend in. Allow formula to dry before applying eyeshadow.
OVERALL:
I have slightly oily lids and this does a good job of keeping my eyeshadow in place and prevents it from creasing and fading. Aside from that it also helps with the longevity of my eyeliner as well.
WILL I REPURCHASE?
Yes! If you are looking for a decent, inexpensive eye primer I highly recommend this one.
